"A fee of RM5 will be charged for any replacement lost or damage card."
what does this mean??? is it mean that I will have to pay for RM5 if I lost my card to replace it? or my English is poor enough to understand the sentence?
this young lady who work in sinma requested for RM15!!! a new member fee only cost me RM12! WHAT THE HELL???
I'm going to see her manager tomorrow! if she behave the same thing like what the young lady did, I will call up the marketing department!!!
but I think the manager also behave the same like the young lady. my sis was cheated by her once. stupid aunty!!!
